Highlands Cafe & Bar

ANY TIME OF DAY

The Radiator is a café and bar in Denver Highlands and Sunnyside. While we are widely known as a coffee shop featuring the artisan style coffee from Pablo’s Coffee, along with tea and kombucha. We serve breakfast sandwiches on bagels from Leroy’s Bagels. Our menu consists of bagel sandwiches and artisan coffee, as well as a large selection of craft beers and cocktails that we serve all day long. Our craft beer & cocktail bar includes a large number of local craft beers, ciders & sours, and IPAs, as well as our house cocktails. We also have rotating drink options so ask your server.

At the Radiator, we strive to make sure everyone is welcome and are a dog friendly restaurant, so don’t forget to bring your furry friends. Join us for a coffee in our shop for a quick pick-me-up, have a cold drink to cool off in the summer heat, and make friends with our staff and patrons. I'll start off by saying the ambiance here is great. I love walking by and even working from Radiator. I really really want to love this place, especially because I live so close by. That said, their coffee could really use some help. Nearby here we have Huckleberry Roasters, Steam, and Cherry Bean and those places all have better coffee. I'm happy to even help make the coffee better here! Reach out to me, I really want to love this palce but I can't without being able to come and enjoy a good coffee. They do a lot of events like open mic nights and trivia. Again, the vibes are amazing.Oh, and more vegetarian options would be AMAZING but I'll pick and choose my battles and coffee comes first 🙂

This is as close to perfection as a place gets. The coffee here is always so nice and gets you through the entire day with no crash somehow. There's plenty of plugs for your computers and other electronics, so it's the ideal place to get some work done. The staff is friendly and kind. Plenty of space indoors and outdoors.

Great coffee. Really loved their croissant and I have a lot of experience with French pastries. They have a nice outdoor seating area too.

I really like this place. Coffee is good, beer selection is decent, and the outdoor area is really nice on a clear day... The only issue is that they frequently run out of bagels and such pretty early in the day & their staff tend to be a little discombobulated at times. Still, you should check it out!

Food was good: a little pricey so next time I will do at Happy Hour. Coffee drinks good. Attentive staff. My only gripe is that I had called X 3 times to discuss the menu and never received a call back. That is very poor service to offer a voicemail service then NEVER check it. Almost suggested somewhere else to my friends. If it weren't for the large patio and open air design I would not return.
